Andrew serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Board member and founder of Aegle.  He brings years of experience in channel distribution and overseas manufacturing and import/export of consumer products to the Aegle team. Mr. Moy is responsible for day-to-day operations, business development, government contracts, partnerships and investor relations.  Prior to joining Aegle, Mr. Moy held roles as a Partner at Playbook Capital and Consensys Capital, serving in a Capital Markets role and has a background in security and high technology.  Mr. Moy previously founded a workforce development startup where he sourced over $21 million in public funding for workforce development in the states of CA, NV, AZ and federal government. He started his career at CDW, where he built a multi-million-dollar book of business reselling IT hardware and software.  Mr. Moy graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Finance.

Mohamed serves as Aegle’s Controller and is an accomplished financial professional with hands-on experience in business and financial operations. Mr. Belkhatir brings over 20 years of domestic and international experience in different industries, Oil & Gas, Energy, and telecommunication. Mohamed has six years of experience working for startups where he built accounting departments from the ground up, implemented ERP systems, internal controls, and policies. Prior to joining Aegle, Mr. Belkhatir held different financial roles in financial planning and controllership directing and overseeing the financial operations and leading the company’s compliance and statutory requirements, while partnering with management and providing financial guidance and business support to improve processes and achieve set objectives. Mr. Belkhatir earned a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
