Jonpaul Betro was hired as the Chief Operating Officer for Aegle, LLC in April of 2022. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, starting in United States Air Force and the past 12 years as a Senior National Security and
Technical Consultant with the U.S. Government, Defense Contractors and working with emerging technologies. He has far-reaching experience in operations, as evidenced by performing turnarounds, product development, go-to marketing
strategies, program management, operating efficiency and developing exceptional high performing teams. In his role with Aegle, he is responsible for product development, marketing, production, and operations as well as a number of other traditional COO duties. He is dedicated to supporting the CEO, his vision and initiatives across the organization. He holds over 30 Department of Defense certifications and credentials as well a degree in Munitions Systems Technology. He has a passion for transferring knowledge and hands-on learning by working directly with employees to solve the toughest of problems. He also holds a U.S. Patent for an Automated Intelligence Module used for capturing audio, video, ballistics, geolocation, and telemetry data for weapon systems.
